American Culinary Institute Gold Medal “Best Taste” Award. The results are in and the nation’s best tasting Imported blue cheese is ROSENBORG, according to a blind taste test conducted by American Culinary ChefsBest™ (ACC). ROSENBORG received the prestigious 2005 ChefsBest™ Award from ACC, beating out major national competitors in its respective category. ROSENBORG has been honoured as the best tasting by ACC for the past five consecutive years.
