BACON and BLUE CROISSANTS
Ingredients
1 croissant
2 slices of bacon
2 slices Rosenborg-Castello® Extra Creamy Blue Cheese Slice
Serves 1
Method
1. Grill bacon until crisp, meanwhile heat croissant.
2. Slice through croissant horizontally but keep intact at back, place bacon on base, top with cheese slices and allow cheese to soften as you serve.
