BAKED ASPARAGUS with BLUE CHEESE

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch asparagus (approx 225g, 8oz), trimmed
4 slices Parma ham
100g (4oz) Rosenborg-Castello® Noble Blue, sliced
SERVES 4
Method
1. Preheat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, 400°F.
2. Place the oil and asparagus into a shallow roasting pan and place into the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Remove and top with the Parma ham and cheese and return to the oven for a further 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
4. Serve as a starter or light lunch.
