Steak Sandwich Ciabatta with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
1 thin/minute steak
few slices onion
oil for frying
1/2 ciabatta loaf
1 x 125 g pack Rosenborg-Castello® Extra Creamy Blue Cheese
1/4 cup (50 mL)sour cream
1/2 tomato, sliced
1-2 leaves romaine lettuce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Fry off onions and steak in a heavy based pan.
Slice bread in half and toast or gently fry cut sides.
Assemble sandwich by spreading toasted sides of bread
lavishly with Blue Cheese Spread, topping base with steak
and onions and finish with tomato and lettuce.
Serve immediately.
